Privacy Policy

TODO: Finalize this privacy policy with a legal generator or legal counsel before launch. The current V1 implementation is designed to avoid non-essential cookies, analytics, marketing pixels and automatic third-party embeds. Web fonts are loaded from Fontshare and Google Fonts.

Current V1 data behavior

  • No Google Analytics is included.
  • No Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel or remarketing script is included.
  • No YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Amazon or Google Maps embed is loaded automatically.
  • External platforms are linked as normal outbound links.
  • The brand brief form uses a mailto fallback and does not submit to a server.
  • No remote fonts are intentionally loaded by this site.

TODO before launch

  • Confirm hosting provider and server log retention.
  • Confirm whether any deployment platform injects analytics or scripts.
  • Finalize contact, affiliate and external platform wording with legal review.
  • Add consent handling before any non-essential analytics, pixels or embeds are introduced.
